Fastest game post ever:

Keith Moreland just said it best: 27 more outs this evening. That is the key. Get those 27 with at least a one run lead and the first half has been salvaged. Even if, God forbid, Wainwright pitches like he has lately (lights out) and the breaks were all used up in the first game, they'll only be 3 1/2 game out.

Great performance from Sean Marshall. Don't know why that is the first guy that popped into my mind, but it was. Shut down inning set the tone for the bullpen. Z was solid and got a well-deserved win. He did get a lot finicky in the 3rd, but clamped down after that. His home run didn't hurt either.

Hopefully Randy Wells can keep doing what he has been doing and Aramis can have a breakout game. With the Nats coming up after the break, a win tonight really puts the Cubs in a nice spot.
